- Open a new email and enter the email address and type your email as usual.
- Step 2
Click the expand button for OPTIONS.

Click OPTIONS in the Ribbon > and then click DELAY DELIVERY - Step 4
Click the check box for "Do not deliver before is selected"
- Step 5Set your date and time.
Click Close. - Step 6The email will sit in your out box until the scheduled date and time.
