Delete the frmcache.dat file and start Outlook
- Exit Outlook.
- In Windows Explorer, open the following folder (depending on your version of Windows):
Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms
Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, or Windows 7
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Forms - Delete the Frmcache.dat file.
- Start Outlook.
